Il est difficile de juger de la productivité d'un développeur, parce que ça dépend beaucoup de l'écriture de code qu'il ne fait pas.
Et j'imagine que ce genre de réflexion pourrait s'appliquer à d'autres domaines ! Le management ? L'officier de l'Armée du Salut ? :D
